Member Turnout was pretty good with 15 Bass Clubs reps in attendance.

Audit Committee- 2017 committee to include: John Sullivan, Mike Riordan, and Robert Jack
* Audit conducted for 2016 and everything was in order.
* Need forms to sign ratifying audit was completed. (Will be brought to next meeting)
Scholarship Committee:
- MaryAnne Franchetta, Mike Riordan, and Me.
- Lewis stated 2017 Applications are available and downloadable at the SJBCA website.
- All 9 Central and South Jersey County High Schools were sent the Introduction letter, Application, and Guidlines as of Wed. Feb 22, 2017.
* Looking to get as many (if not more) applicants (36) as we did in 2016.
[b]Flea Market Committee: Coty Camp, Al Franchetta, and Stu Cohen
* Continue planning for Flea Market back at the ELKS Lodge in Millville, NJ.
* So Far 40 Tables have been booked with actually 35 already paid. 2 Free Tables are going to the IKE Foundation and the NJ Fish and Game Division with a conservation officer.
* Still more space and tables available to be rented out.
*Need Volunteers for set up on March 3 and during the Flea Market.
CLUB Business:
* Weigh-In Trailer-
Registration transferring to Joe Franzwa's name since that's where the trailer resides now.

* Donations for the Freshwater Tackle Box and Saltwater Tackle Box are being accepted and collected. Normally, as a club we donate 3 Freshwater lures and 3 Saltwater lures. One can choose to donate more if they like. See me or Coty Camp who is heading up this effort for the SJBCA Fishermen Flea Market.
- Recommend spending $230.00 on Hats for those volunteers\members owed from previous year.

Yeah..tell me about it! LOL!!! I don't quite get it. All of these clubs always fish Union Lake and when given the opportunity to venture elsewhere, they get all buttchapped. LOL!!
If the choice\option was the NE Flats, they would have probably voted along those lines.
I'm doing a rode trip Middle of year...Not sure where but it will be for at least 3-4 Days.
