Hi All, My house is available.

The "For Sale" price may be a bit high but for renting it should be a young angler's dream. Get two of your friends to go in and you are fishing any 3 of the Assunpink lakes every morning or on nightly basis. Weekly night open TXs during the summer on Thursday nights.

I have rented this house the past 4-5 years and it is a great location. My wife and I bought a house in near by Roosevelt and are supposed to close on 4/3/13 making the house available just in time for the spawn.

If you are fishing around here and want to take a look, shoot me a PM. I will be more than happy to show the place and if you are interested will make the introduction to the owner.

Jackson, Chris N and Dan this has you guys written all over it. Two car gargage for both your boats!!

Haha, thanks man! Housewarming date TBD for sure. I have had some bad luck so dont want to jinx myself anymore than I have already this AM. We are getting close though. Looks like my flirtation with South Jersey has ended though.

Yeah I hear ya.... It's definitely a buyers market especially with the low interest rates and number of vacant properties out on the market.

I'll say a preyer and keep my fingers crossed for ya.

Lol chris has a boat too, but as long as theres a crawlspace or attic he could fit his boat in there. Shed will work too Grin
