I talked to a person at the office today. She said they don't have any info about lowwering the water level... She didn't even know about the upcoming work on the coffer-dam...
It seems the right hand isn't talking to the left hand! Go figure local government at work!

I know where i'm heading later this week, when the temps get warmer!!!
