Insurance

Finally getting the gas motor looked at and it looks like replacing the steering and a tune up on the motor is all I need so I will have the gas motor up and running. Now I figure I better get some insurance lol Can anyone suggest a good company maybe one you deal or dealt with.

Bob... It would have to. Lenape would not allow a HP outboard without it.

I have mine through Geico. Did it online. I think I'm paying like $280. Priced out a few different ones online and they were all within a few bucks of each other. I have enough to cover Lenape. I'll see if I can dig up what my policy covers and let you know.

Kyle....when you have a note\loan on a boat\car\house, one has to have FULL Coverage. Once it's paid for....then one can pick and choose of whether to just have liability.

The Bank\Lender needs to have some type of security on there asset till it's paid in full by you the customer.

I'll have (12) printouts of the NJ Bass Fed Rules & By-laws. Jimbo....they are still tweaking and modifying some of the language found within the documents but I'll be sure have the latest information tonight.
