- Hightlights of Executive Board Meeting held on Sept. 19.
- Recent Salem Canal SJBCA member Club conflict which got a little Nasty on and off the water amongst officers of both clubs.
- Update on Sunset Lake and Prospertown Lake Dam failures due to recent Hurricane Irene and subsequent continual rainfall.
- Alloway Lake and there township (Association Members) thoughts on ramp Permit Fee and the best way to manage number of possible 2012 club tournaments envisioned from anglers.
- Lake Audrey- Floating dock has been installed via Lee W. of the Southern Region of Fish and Game Wildlife Management. Lee is retiring at end of year and his replacement seems to be just as energetic as he is!! Lee was also able to hire 3-4 more FTE's workers to support his area of coverage in the SJ area. This bolds well for other projects.
- Union Lakes Damn is sound and very secure. No damage or repairs needed.
- Elmer Lake dam repair project being slightly modified to not completely drain the lake but to lower it a bit and provide a patch-up job. Big Fred does not see how it can be repaired partially. It needs to be totally rebuilt.
