Can you say "Lets Get it On"!!!
Only thing I can say, is 1 Bass for 6.35lbs took 1st and Lunker. Congrats to Hal "The Punisher" with his Pig of All Pigs caught today. I guess fishing from Jiggen Den's vessel has earned you not only Lunker prize but a nice 1st place payday. LOL!! Congrats Bro!!!! This weight should stand for a while
Way to go Hal!!!!
Close-up:
As anglers launched in the AM, it seemed each had there own game plans in mind....
In the Meantime, Today I believe was next to our largest turnout for a Club Tournament. Today SJHT had 24 anglers come out and do battle on Rainbow Lake with only 1 limit of 3 Bass being caught and several anglers with 2 Bass.
Second place was taken home by Brian "Bass Hopper" S. with 3 bass weighing 3.83lbs.
Third place was taken by Rookie Drew "BassMaster Brandely" with 2 Bass weighing 3.76lbs. He just missed out on another 2nd place finish and the $$$ by .08oz.
Although anglers reported catching a mix of pickeral, perch, smaller dink size bass, and the occassional keeper, anglers still felt the Cold front has some effect on these bass.
