2018 2nd Annual Winslow PD & SJHT Cops and Boppers Kids Fising Derby

Place: WMA OAK Pond, located in Winslow, NJ
Date: Sat. Oct. 20, 2018
Time:10am-2pm
Event: 2nd Annual Winslow PD & SJHT Cops and Boppers Kids Fishing Derby

Focus: Register and Bring a Kid Fishing this NJ WMA body of water while having fun, learning about conservation, receiving Tackle prizes, and Did I mention having Fun.

Request: 3-4 SJHT Members to be available and assist with the kids casting techniques, Hook\Fish removal, provide advice, and snap a couple of photo's of the kids catches.

Note: A Aerated Livewell Station and Holding tank will be setup and provided. Last year, Earthworms were provided so a pair of scissors or a Knife should be used to cut into smaller pieces to hook on the Boppers to make the bait last longer.

We had approx. 24 kids come out to this event and we're looking at possibly even more.

I plan on being there from beginning to end and approx. 1hour before the event is to start.

Any questions or volunteers....please let me know here or text me.

Actually the time is from 11am-2pm but ill be there by 9amish.

Note: Did an initial walk through and clean up today.
