Weather: Early morning Pretty cold 32 Degree start Warming only up to 41 degrees.
Water Temps: 41 degrees warming up maybe towards 43 degrees later in the day.
Water Clarity: N/A
Wind Gust: 15-25 mph. Definitely a factor.
Best Lure: N/A
Depths fished: N/A
Bass Limit: 3

Round 2 of the SJHT 2015 Season took place at Assunpink Lake in conditions reminiscence of the Deadly's Catch!
In what can only be described by some as the most brutal, coldest and windyest conditions of this early season, 11 SJHT members came out to redeem themselves from last weeks tough bite on the Canal. Well mama said there would be days like this.
Only 1 legal 15" Bass was caught!
Without further adieu, please give a big congrats to SJHT angler Jackson *Silent Assasin* Fu. for taking 1st, 2nd, and Lunker categories with 1 Bass going 2.92lbs.

ASSUNPIN LAKE Tale of Tape:
Is this really necessary AGAIN!!!! LOL!!!
There were 0 Limit brought to the scales.. 1 out of 11 anglers weighed at least 1 Bass. There were a total of 1 Bass weighed in totalling a whopping 2.92 lbs.
So in summary, The Fu-man won!!!! Case closed!
I would like to Thank all members that brave the early morning frigid temps and gusty winds...all day long!!! Way to run your 1st tournament Rob and those that assisted!
Once again, Assunpink Lake pimped slapped us back into reality and in the process said, "Who's Yo Daddy for the second week in a row!!"
Good Luck to all at next weeks Union Lake Club Tournament. I'm planning on being there. Let's reload and get stuff popping! .

Pink has been very unkind to us all, those big females haven't even been thinking about moving the past few weeks
Funny thing is its gonna be on fire in about two weeks

It's a bullhead mike, just a little bigger than average. He wrecked it, took drag, I had the net ready lol.
Word on the street is that one more bass was caught in this t the the RBC t the next day smh...

Holy crap and I thought the canal was bad lol. At least we had a nice day and got to run our boats on the canal lol. Oh and congrats Jackson. |
