Well this is how I felt after once again skunking another week. Rainbow was a tough MF today. I know many have stated it's been tough all over but this is getting ridiculous.

Once again SJHT had another terrific turnout with 18 anglers coming out to catch limits and possibly slobs but that was not the case. Between the Black scum of death and lack of Bass in key areas, it made for a tough day.

Without further adieu and another back to back week of winning, please give a big congrats to SJHT Angler Kyle *WallHanger* S. for taking 1st place and with 3 Bass going 3.90lbs. Bob Van Sciver took 2nd place and Lunker with 2 Bass going 3.05lbs. His Lunker went an amazing 1.73lbs. Third place was won by Joe R. . with 2 Bass going 2.24 lbs. Bill *FishinTroop* C. took the Pickeral pot with a 3.48lber.

So as the story goes....so does the Rope A-Dope!!! LOL!!!

There were 1 Limit brought to the scales.. 6 out of 18 anglers weighed at least 1 Bass. There were a total of 10 Bass weighed in totalling 12.76 lbs. That gave way to avg. bass weight of 1.28lbs.

Like Lenape...Rainbow for most was frustrating with barely any worthy bites. Something is definitely amiss here.

Even though the weather cooperated fairly well without any showers or strong winds....

Looks can be deceiving....

So in summary, Kyle continues his win streak for another week. Just as SJHT is down to there last regular season tournament to be held on the Northeast River, MD in 2 weeks, he's making a hard charge for the 2014 AOY. Actually, there's about a 7 point difference with the Top 4 Angler of the Year Candidates. We could not have planned this even better!! Way to go Rob *Ram1212*, Jiggen Den, Brian *SubFish* M., and Kyle *WallHanger* S. for making things interesting.

We've had one heck of a season and I'm quite sure all contenders and even the up setters will be swinging for the fences come the Final Flats tournament.

Congrats again to Kyle, Bob, and Joe. R. in figuring them out. Way to go Troop on your 3.48lb pickerel pot winner

See you all in 2 weeks for our Regular season Club finale on the Northeast Flats .

I second that John! I think that place is coming off our schedule next year! What was with all the slime/slush or whatever you want to call it!! I caught my only bass with 45 minutes left, and said lets go back to the docks, flipped the jig under the dock and away it went. With all the floating and submerged stuff, I honestly did not think there would have been anything there, but to my surprise, a keeper!! Forgot to mention John thanks for helping out in the a.m. with the congestion of the boats around the ramp area.

Congrats to Kyle and the bass catchers. I managed 4 dinks and the pickerel pot winner. Thanks Kyle for talking me into getting in the pickerel pot. I didn't think dinks lived in that place...LOL
