I would like to extend a warm welcome to our new SJHT Rookie class of 2011.

Meeting you last night and listening to a little bit of your Bio's was very enlightening and welcome. Your membership info (excluding your home address) will be added to the official 2011 Member listing sometime today. I ask that you bear with me and if there are any corrections needing to be made, just let me know. You should also have access to the "Members Only" Section.
As you witnessed last night, we're a bunch of laid back guys who enjoy getting out on the water, catching some fish, talking a little smack, and above all support one another on and off the water. There were some 2010 members (i.e. Due to Medical Therapy, expecting newborns, work conflict, and home repair emergencies) that were not present, but they will be fishinig with us in 2011. For those that alerted me before last nights meet and greet of the conflict, we'll settle up soon. Those New members that are still on the fence (i.e. Your reserve spot will close by opening day)
In the midst of last nights meeting, I forgot to mention the Reflective and colorful SJHT Boat and\or Tow Vehicle Decals available to "New Members". Each new member recieves 2. When light hits or shines on the Decal, they disperse a noticeable glow in the evening and at night. They should be ready by opening day.
Thanks again for coming out last night and I look forward to a great 2011 season.

It looks as if we have a fine crop of rookies this year! I for one can't wait to hit the the water with the new look SJHT... As you can see from last night we are a loose bunch, and all kidding aside are out here to improve our fishing skills as well as have a good time! If there is any questions you may have please feel free to ask. Most of us have no problem in sharing!
Like Big Nasty said last night we are not a cut throat club! If it's about the money you've come to the wrong club... Don't get me wrong we all love to win, but not at the cost of camaraderie!! I for one have to say the amount of fishing knowledge I have picked up from this group of guys is extraordinary! I once heard a wise man say "a club is only as good as it's members"! 
Well I have to say this holds true in this case...

Sounds like the meeting went well. Sorry I missed it. First one I missed! Oh well, a big welcome to all new members. Can't wait till opening day! Statement well put Jimbo, right to the point! Still got some things to get ready on the boat like 2 new batteries, charger etc. Gonna check out Batteries Plus and get that discount, every little bit helps!

thanks alot everyone. i was so glad to be met by a bunch of welcoming people i was afraid most were gonna look at me with a "what are you even doing here?" stare. cant wait to get on the water. let the swing-and-a-missin' begin! |

Yeah...we'll see you out and about. Just stay out of those Sand Quarry Puffs.
