What happens when club schedules and lakes are overlooked by the masses and the locals also want to enjoy there day on the water?
Even the Kaykers came out to play and made it a 3some.....
Anglers fishing out in the middle...
Pretty much somes up our surprise this morning but fish were still caught!
Once again SJHT had another fantastic club turnout. Today, SJHT had 18 members and 1 guest come out to play. One Heck of turnout with the scorching air temps and sun beating down on us!

Sunday was another great day to be out on the water. Anglers reported many 12"~14.75" caught and many small bass bites. Some anglers lost some good ones near the boat, while others like myself continued to throw the kitchen sink and keep focus on the water. Lol. Assunpink proved once again to be the cats Meow!! In life stuff happens. When communicated effectively amongst all, it helps ease tensions and those funny squirrel faces amongst all Anglers.
Quite sure it was not the first nor the last time. Always good seeing cordial fellow SJBCA club affilates. Hope everyone enjoyed the day and no severe weather stoppages.
Thanks again to all of the SJHT members and guest for coming out today. See ya all in 3 weeks at Maskells Mills.
Next Up: Mirror Lake club event Sat. July 27th, 2013.
Tightlines,

Thanks Jackson, congrats to you and Bill. Thanks also Scoter for the point update!
I caught all my keepers by like 7am I think and after that they were 12 inch shorts until it completely died for me around 1030-11. Was the same for you guys? I saw someone in Tidewater catch one at 1245ish in the second set of reeds in like 2ft of water.
No word on from anyone on the warden fall out? I would have stuck around if I knew that. |

I caught my first keeper in the first 10 mins of the t. Then I struggled for a while catching shorts then around 10:30-11:30 it was on fire. Culled twice and threw back a few keepers then it died again lol. Good day for the amount of boats out there

Congrats Bill on a nice bag, and win!!! Congrats again to Jackson AGAIN!!!!LOL nice fish man! and and congrats to Rob on a real nice chunk!!! As some of you heard I lost atleast a 4+ and maybe a 5. Also had some nice ones hooked and never even saw them. The two big boys were right at the boat, net in hand and they came to the top and were off in a flash! DAMN!!! I even bent the hook out more, and I sharpen all my hooks before fishing! go figure. Still had a blast and thankful I can get out there and fish! All were caught up close to bank in shaded areas. and wood. Congrats to all the other fish catchers!! I know we may have caught more fish if the other club were not there.
