----------------------------------------- THE CHAMP IS HERE!!!!! THE CHAMP IS HERE!!!!!
What can I say? Tboe is not only Cashing Checks but he is kicking some major arse in the process!!! We may need to put him on probation or something or limit his TOW!!
Today, 18 SJHT members and 1 guest came out to get busy on the canal. Not knowing what type of a turnout we were going to get, I was too surprised when members arrived bright and early already licking there chops!!! and I'm not talking about ShinnDaddys Chops!! For most the bite came early and fast. For others, they reached there limits by almost mid-day. Word on the street is that if you were not in Grass...then you missed out on some good jig bites.
Shouts out to Little Jefferson...I mean little Justin!!!
Okay without further BSing around, a big congrats goes out to 2 week winner in a row TboeBass for weighing in 3 Bass going 7.94lbs and taking lunker with one going 3.61lbs. Second place was won by Bill "The Hammer" Lin with 3 bass going 6.88lbs. Word on the street is that Bill was the first initially able to squeeze his jon boat under the Rt.40 bridge and tore a new "arse H*le" to those untouched Bass. I quote, "They felt like Smallies fighting for there lives...when in fact they were only 2lbers!!!" Third Place was taken by Jiggen Den with 3 Bass going 5.80lbs!!! Very impressive guys!!! Not too mention there were a total of 9 Limits brought to the scales today. I believe a new SJHT total record!!
Bill L. 2nd place finish:
Jiggen Den 3rd Place finish:

Ish trying to get a sponsorhip deal!!!
and how my expedition along Rt. 295\NJ Turnpike went...
All in all, the bass were not really relating to wood. If so, then they were of the dink variety. Anglers caught fish but unless you found that type of MJLee and FredJr grass, then one was wasting precious time!! Great turnout and now I have to go to bed and be up for the 6th Annual Union Lake Open Bass Buddy Tournament.
