As anglers navigated to there destinations, 9 boats went Left and the other 7 went Right. Pick your poison carefully. LOL.

With the fluctuating water levels and sporadic Dam gates open (i.e. in preparation for say potential downpours and flooding), we found the water actually a little higher than say the previously posted pictures from this past Wednesday.

So anglers were prepared for the worst but what happen surprised the majority of the field and participants.

These are the images that presented the 17 SJHT Anglers as they navigated COOPER RIVER PARK and semi-stain water as the tidal flow forced water through the dam gates.

The bite for most was consistent throughout the day. Anglers caught most limits in any given NJ held tournament today. There were many sub 12" Bass caught but eventually the keeper size Bass showed up and others were able to cull in later parts of the day. Snake heads were being caught all over the place. Just see the pic with them taking a smoke break.

Alright...let's get to it.

Without further adieu, please give a big congrats and shout outs to Rob *Ram1212* M. for 1st place with 3 Bass going 6.58lbs. David Snedeker took 2nd Place with 3 Bass going 6.51lbs. 3rd Place was won by Matt R. with 3 Bass going 6.15lbs. Overall Lunker was won by Dennis *Jiggen Den* T. with 2.62lb Lunker.

MISCELLENOUS was won by Brian *SubFish* M. with a Snake Head going 5.74lbs.

Summary: COOPER RIVER PARK once again proved the naysayers wrong. Can you say 10 Limits caught today even with the lower water levels. The truncated waters and structures somewhat out of the water forced the bass to relate to deeper or other objects not typically used by them.

As the day went on...for me the bites got a little better with quality and ferociousness. The tale of the Tape shows nothing humongous in terms of Lunker was over 2.62lbs however the total weights seem to fall in line for those getting a 3 Bass Limit.

In All, 15 out of 17 SJHT Anglers caught at least 1 Bass. There were a total of 39 Bass caught overall. Actually 12 more than Stone Tavern. These Bass gave way to a total of 69.65lbs caught overall. This was 23lbs in weight more than last week. The avg. weight came out to be 1.79lbs. 10 Anglers caught at least there 3 Bass Limit.

Way to fish tough SJHT anglers. Rob, David, Matt, Jiggen Den, and Brian on that massive Misc.

Next up is CONOWINGO DAM in 2 weeks.

Tightlines,
