First off, Happy Holidays to all as we close out the 2018 year with many highlights, memories, and celebrations.

Last week, we had approx. 13 Bass Clubs reps in attendance. This was our annual SJBCA Holiday Party where food, beverages, and complimentary entrée's were brought this evening to bring some Festive Cheer to end our 2018 year.

SJBCA Officers and Bass Clubs in attendance:

Robert Jack - Director 1 (Director River Fisherman's Association)

- Newton Creek Water Shed Association- Received latest Email Notification that Dredging will not begin till July 1, 2019, due to timeframe for Bass Spawning periods April 15-June 15, 2019 and turtle hibernation which is currently going on now. Next meeting planned with the Camden County Parks Department to discuss "Storm Water Infrastructure and the Newton Lake Watershed.

* Time: TBD 6:30pm to 8:00pm or 7:00pm to 8:30pm.
* Location: TBD: Either the County Boathouse along the Cooper River, or the county environmental center in Cherry Hill.

- SJBCA Member Clubs WMA Reports submission to Chris Smith are now at 100% compliance for 2018 season.
- Some clubs still have some Conflicts for the 2019 season that needs to be worked on and finalized.
- Ike Foundation- Key Dates- Jan 27, 2019 Dinner; April 27- Hook Em' Early; Aug 8th-10th, 2019 Delaware River Event

Committee Reports:
Audit Committee- 2018 committee to include: John Sullivan, Mike Riordan, and Robert Jack

Scholarship Committee:
- MaryAnne Franchetta, Mike Riordan, and Me.
- Review of current database and POC's will be conducted come Jan. 2019 as Guidance Counselors, Science Teachers, and Environmental committees change out. Insuring the Email addresses, Previous POC's are still valid, and key Public\Private\Paraochial Schools notification interest are uptodate is pertinent.

Flea Market Committee: Jake Haas, Al Franchetta, and Stu Cohen
* Continue planning for fishermen's Flea Market.

CLUB Business:
